Shipping policy

At RanchWear Club, we strive to deliver your gear promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are included in the price of your subscription or one-off product. There are no additional fees at checkout.

Order Notifications: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package as it makes its way to you.

Shipping Carrier: We use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for all our shipments to ensure reliable delivery.

Shipping Times:
   - One-Off Products: If you order a single RWC branded item, it will be shipped within two business days of placing your order.
   - Subscriptions: Subscription orders are processed and shipped once a month. We collect and print all subscription items after the monthly deadline, typically allowing for up to 3 weeks for processing. This means your first subscription box may take up to 30 days to arrive, depending on the timing of your order within the subscription cycle.
